New Year; New Beginnings

Another year. Another opportunity for us to move through this life. I feel so blessed to be here. Sharing with you. Doing what I love. Surrounded by incredible, inspiring people. Here are some tips to keep being a powerful force ….

Stay focused. Write down your goals and look at them every damn day. Let your passions guide your life. We don’t have time for self doubt in this new year. Achieve it. See yourself achieving it. Be your biggest cheerleader.

Recognize what did not serve you then move on. Reflect on what didn’t work and use that to better yourself. Practice acceptance. Don’t harp on the bad. That only brings mental stress. Cut out negativity. Use those misfortunes to empower yourself.

Forgive yourself. Forgive each other. Time is a gift. The only way for us to truly love out loud and whole heartedly is to stop blaming others. Stop blaming and start understanding. We have all experienced suffering in some way. Let’s meet in the middle and grow.

Surround yourself with those that lift you up. Look at your circle. Are they good people ? Are the inspiring you to be better? Or are they dragging you through the mud? Choose who you spend time with wisely. Be with people who inspire so that you can inspire.

Keep improving. Read. Paint. Reflect. Travel. Shift your perspective. Learn from each other. Increase your knowledge. Don’t stay stagnant. You are an incredible being. Feed that inner student and stay hungry for more.

Take a leap of faith. Step out of your comfort zone. What are you pushing off ? What are you procrastinating on? Start it. Try it. Do it. Believe it. Stop waiting. Nothing is promised.

Last but not least …. Love yourself MORE

Your body is a temple. Move it. Feed it well. Rest well. Cut out toxins. Do what you need to feel right. Take care of yourself. Body. Mind. Spirit. Smile and laugh as much as you can. Cultivate your peace.

And if any of these feel hard or difficult. Remember, you are human. It ain’t easy. I am here for you. I got you. Your a spirit soul baby.
