Pain is a funny thing 💔💔💔

Heartache is such a deep blow. Love is the power house of the heart. The energy here is so incredibly strong that a blow can feel devastating to one self. Feelings of guilt, anger, and betrayal can knock us off our spiritual path.

Heart ache comes in different forms. It is not just the end of a romantic relationship. It’s when you part ways with a friend. Its when someone we love passes on. It’s when we are rejected. It’s when we trust and are deceived. It’s when we are fired from a position. Its when we are wrongfully accused. It’s when our character is attacked.

When someone cuts our heart space past traumas emerge. It’s the walking dead of our shadow work. Trauma creates distortion and blocks our vision of truth. Everything spills out leaving us feeling unrepairable. Damaged goods. Completely worthless. Our initial defense mechanism is to say f*CK it. F*CK it all. This sadly cuts off the heart strings that lead us to a higher power.

I’m here to remind you that YOU ARE NOT BROKEN.

You are already WHOLE.

You are living your AUTHENTIC life.

You are your HIGHEST TRUTH.

You are a SPIRIT SOUL baby.

These cracks left behind by heartbreak are what makes us persevere. You do not need to be fixed. There is no NEED to fix you. There is no reason to shift you into someone else’s version of perfection. You already are perfection. You are a human being. You are a divine creation of magic. You hold power within you that possess a strength larger than you are aware. You are so much more than your trauma.

Are you hurt ? Do you feel broken? Take the time you need to rejuvenate your sacred spirit.

Spend time in nature.

Dance naked.

Turn off your phone.

Walk barefoot.

Move your body.

Cry, cry and cry some more to let it out.

Then PICK YOURSELF BACK UP babe.

(Nobody else is gonna do it for you)

Make a choice to uplift your spirit even when it’s incredibly difficult. Because at the end the day that slice to your heart will mend into a beautiful scar.
