Your light it going to irritate a lot of unhealed people. There will always be someone looking at you sideways.

I think back to my younger self.

Always trying to protect myself.

In every situation.

Quick to react.

Quick to attack.

We hear this all the time but let it sink in.

Hurt people hurt people.

The problem was I couldn’t heal because I kept pretending I wasn’t hurt. In my mind I thought I only had myself to depend on. Being open and letting others in would only bring me down.

WHAT! When did we associate vulnerability with weakness ? It’s something deeply rooted in our programming. We have been molded and shaped to think we must be strong rather than passive. To rise above it and react leaving no time for reflection.

It’s time to stop lying to ourselves.

Expressing your emotions is healthy!

As long as your expressing yourself without causing someone else pain. Communicating with honesty while not hurting others is very difficult. This allows us to release subtle body energy that is trapped within us leaving room for clarity and growth.

Even so there will still be haters.

The ones that label you as too nice, too healthy, too optimistic.

Please know that these judgments are just a reflection of their self-esteem and self-worth.

Don’t take the sh*t on.

Don’t take their sh*t on!

Let whomever think whatever. Stop putting your self worth in others. Stop letting others opinions drag you down. Protect your peace.

We are all hurting. We are all healing. Yet we all handle these two things differently. It takes courage to sit with hard emotions and effort to move through them. Just remember... You GLOW girl. Your light it going to irritate a lot of unhealed people ....
